We currently ship to Malta (EU) based addresses only. Once your order is placed with us, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time appropriate to your kind-self. Should you like us to ship to another location, kindly contact us on  talgenwin@gmail.com 

Duration

If you require the items urgently, please contact us directly on +356 79427143 or via email at talgenwin@gmail.com to ensure timeliness.

One may experience delays with regards delivery during the traditional Maltese holiday seasons when we are typically on shutdown such as Mid August and End of Year. Also, kindly note that since we are a family-run business we tend to be closed for business on Sundays!

Special Transport

Items ordered and/or purchased will be delivered using the specially refrigerated company vehicle unless you otherwise agreed to an alternative delivery and/or pick-up method. In the later instance, we can only guarantee the quality of our products at point of pick-up. Kindly note that all our products are quality frozen foods. 

Delivery Check

When you receive the delivery at your chosen address, kindly ensure that you do receive the items ordered. Whilst we understand that errors can happen (we are human after all) we also believe that as per customary practice one ought to check items that have been delivered and that both product types and quantities tally with original order placed.
